I am very happy with the product and the speed of delivery. The reason I have given a “4” rating is because we were caught off guard by your delivery guy. We are pensioners. I am wheelchair bound and my husband battles along on crutches. He had been lying down when your guy phoned in the late afternoon. Our building security is very strict with admittance and residents have go downstairs for collections. Your guy was so impatient, he phoned my husband 3 times to come and collect the parcel whilst he was en-route. Understandably my husband was not impressed. The apartment door is not directly next to the lift and we are on the 5th floor. So it takes him a bit of time to get downstairs. Might I suggest that when goods are ready for delivery, the customer is notified when to expect same and also be given an option to postpone if necessary? We are also not home 24/7 so forewarning would be appreciated.
